I am making my favorite chicken pot pie recipe, with a little variation to it. Usually the recipe calls for bouillon cubes, however we are out. I had to make a chicken stock thanks to the help of my husband. So for the first time ever I am using actual chicken stock instead of bouillon.

Once this all thickens together and goes into the pie crust to bake for about 45 minutes, it tastes delightful! I have trouble stopping myself from eating it before even goes into the pie shell!
The recipe can be found on allrecipes.com by searching Turkey Pot Pie (recipe by Linda) and its usually the second recipe in the line. So far, it tastes great!
What else of been up to? Well, I have been making aprons for a friend. I will show you a little teaser of what one of them looks like. It is a gift for family, so I don't want to give too much away if they find their way here.
